McKenzie Friend Services
At EJR Legal Services, we provide professional and compassionate assistance to people representing themselves in court or tribunal proceedings. Under UK law (as confirmed in McKenzie v McKenzie [1970] and the 2010 Practice Guidance), litigants-in-person have the right to receive reasonable support from a McKenzie Friend.
